Martins Villas

The house is beautiful, huge, and in an ideal neighborhood to walk to the restaurants & nightlife on Las Olas.  It is well-equipped with everything you need.  It's only about 1.5 miles to beachfront, a 10 minute Uber.  Ubers are readily available in the area and arrived in less than 3 minutes.  The only issue we had is that the neighbors are quick to complain if you are outside and having fun (a little noisy), even during normal  hours.  We had a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette weekend, so I think some of the talking and laughing was too much for this private neighborhood.  Other than that, a perfect stay!

Host is very responsive. A few items in the home do not function properly. Most importantly the hood fan over the cook top does not work and the lights only stay on for a few minutes. The property needs some minor maintenance. Curtains rod about to fall out of the wall in one of the bathrooms and one side of the home the floors are very slanted. If you are looking for a quiet sleep this is not the place. Seabreeze drive is very busy with traffic from very early in the morning into the late evening. Location is key however. The backyard is the oasis of the property. Very private and the amenities are as advertised. We would stay here again with all that being said!!

What an unbelievable place Martin has got! From the minute we walked in we felt right at home! (If my home was a luxury villa)<br/>Easy to check in and you don’t need anything as the house has everything you can think of when you get in there! The pool was great and the water ways behind the house was lovely! Plenty of wildlife flowing through it! <br/>Didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Great stay. Residence is in a great location and very well kept. Our only issue was you could see through the upstairs bathroom window, im guessing the privacy tent was installed backwards accidentally. But management was very responsive and sent someone out to put up frost covering at our request. I would definitely book this location again. Plenty of room and we were able to have extra family come visit. They also supplied 3 bikes that we got to ride on around the Las Olas area. 👍🏾

Amazing place!! Looks better than pictures posted. Anna is very helpful and very welcoming and friendly. I would suggest everyone to choose her if they want everything to go smoothly during their vacation. The house is very pretty and spacious and has lots of amenities. The house was clean and wasn’t missing a single thing. I can’t wait to come back here and book one of their villas again. They offer early check in and late checkout which is great! Easily one of the best Airbnbs that I have been in!

Jeremy and his team were great - very responsive, provided fantastic communication and simple instructions!  They were able to offer an early check-in (for a fee) which was something my family and I jumped on as we typically land early and have to find something to do for our entire first day of vacation. So having the option to check-in early we felt like we were given a whole extra day - it was something that's NEVER been offered to us before!!!  House was great, ton of linens, pool toys, workout equipment, even bikes to ride.  House also came with simple basics, like TP, some paper towels, some dishwasher pods...all things that again most rentals don't provide. Those little things make a big difference.  House property was great too...nice pool, outdoor area, etc.  We had a little difficulty with the hot tub, but nothing we couldn't deal with and upon check out we let the team know.  All and all, a great home, top notch hosts, relaxing vacation!!!!!!
